Supplier Partnership team provides a hotline service called “Supplier Helpline” for all Lotus’s suppliers with the aim to give advices and solve any Lotus’s system issues such as Lotus’s Supplier Toolkit, myLotus’s Cost, myLotus’s Deal, myLotus’s Memo & TTA as well as Invoice Query Service.
